Call for contributions
You are invited to submit your contribution to the conference. Three tracks are planned: a research paper track, a research poster track, and a practice track. In all cases, the link to further papers, materials and resources is allowed and encouraged.
Full research papers will be published as proceedings in Springer Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which is indexed in Scopus and Ei-Compendex. All other contributions will be published as proceedings in the conference publication (EUnet4DBP publication).
Contributions should be submitted in English.

Research paper track
The paper track is intended to host scientific studies, projects and initiatives in the framework of a full paper with 6 to 12 pages including figures and references. Contributions to the paper track will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Please use the Springer Lecture Notes LaTeX template to prepare your full paper (preferred). As an alternative, you can use the Springer Lecture Notes Word template:
Important dates:
April 1, 2025: Abstract submission deadline (optional)
Submit a 250–350 word abstract including Title, Author information, and up to 5 keywords to be reviewed. The abstract can be entered directly into the submission form. No template is required for this step.
May 15, 2025: Notification of abstract review decisions
July 1, 2025: Full paper submission deadline
Submit a 6–12 page full paper. At this stage, please submit an anonymised PDF file (with no author names or affiliations). Author information is included in ConfTool.
September 25, 2025: Notification of paper review decisions
October 27, 2025: Final submission
Submit the revised full paper (with author names and affiliations)
Research poster track
The poster track is intended to host scientific studies, projects and initiatives in the framework of an extended abstract with 2 pages including figures and references and a poster presentation. This track is particularly (but not exclusively) intended for PhD students to present their ongoing research. Contributions to the poster track will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

September 15, 2025: Extended abstract submission
Submit an extended abstract with up to 2 pages
October 15, 2025: Notification of extended abstract review decisions
October 27, 2025: Final submission
Submit the revised extended abstract and the poster
Practice track
The practice track is intended to present concrete applications, current ongoing initiatives and implementations in the form of an abstract of up to 500 words and a presentation. The suitability of contributions to the practice track will be assessed by the Conference Committee.
